Legend of Elements Tier List: Best Spirits

A role-based Legend of Elements spirit tier list: what each of the twelve documented SSR spirits does, which job it fills, and who to summon first.

Updated 4 min read Verified against 1 source

A single letter grade does not help you in Legend of Elements. You deploy three spirits, each with an active and a passive kit, and the slot you are trying to fill decides whether a spirit is good. The useful question is not "is this S tier" but "does this spirit do the job my team is missing."

The table below covers the twelve SSR spirits named in two published lists. The tier column records where those lists placed each spirit; the job column is the part you should actually plan around.

How the list was built

Two sources were used: a BlueStacks spirit ranking published in October 2025 and a spirit tier list updated in September 2026. They agree on the top five, which is a useful sign that those five are not a flavor-of-the-month pick.

Every spirit in both lists is SSR, so rarity does not separate them. What separates them is type (the buff or debuff the spirit brings), attack shape (a rectangle in front, a circle ahead, or a circle around your character), and how many hits the skill lands. A spirit whose damage lands around your character wants you in melee. A spirit whose damage lands in front wants the enemy grouped ahead of you.

Who to pick first

Your first spirit should solve the failure you see most often, not the one with the highest letter.

  • If stages time out on packs: take Windfist or Pebblewing. Both hit a wide area in front, which is the shape that clears waves.
  • If a single boss beats the timer: take Firmament or Celestine. Firmament adds a single-target hit and a vulnerability effect; Celestine boosts core skill damage, which is the stat a boss build already stacks.
  • If you die before the timer: take Raindancer or Skydancer. One is a defense buff, the other is healing, and both work around your character rather than ahead of it.
  • If you play PvP: take Warshade or Tiderend. Warshade is the attack-and-defense balance pick; Tiderend adds crit and focus.
  • If you already have damage and need a multiplier: take Heartbind, Skysong, or Shadowpaw, depending on whether your damage comes from active skills, basic attacks, or attack speed.

If you have none of these, do not chase a specific name. Summon toward the 100-pull SSR pity and take the first spirit that fills your empty job.

The three-slot rule

A stable lineup is one damage spirit, one multiplier, and one sustain or control slot.

The mistake is running three damage spirits because they are all high tier. Three area attackers overlap on the same job and leave you with no answer when the enemy is a single armored boss, and no recovery when the fight drags. A lower-tier defense or healing spirit in the third slot often produces a better clear than a third S-tier attacker.

If a run fails at the same point twice, change the job in your third slot before you change the damage spirit.

What the tier letters miss

The published lists rank general combat usefulness. They do not account for three things that decide real fights.

Range and shape. A circle-around-you spirit is wasted on a ranged class that stays away from the pack. Check the attack shape before you invest.

Your class. The Swordsman build leans on speed and single-target damage, so a crit or core-skill buff compounds what the class already does. A tanky Warrior gets more from defense and sustain.

Buff overlap. Celestine, Heartbind, Skysong, and Shadowpaw all boost a different damage source. Running two that boost the same source gives diminishing returns compared with spreading across sources.

A summon checklist

  • [ ] You know which job your lineup is missing.
  • [ ] You have checked the spirit's attack shape against your class.
  • [ ] You are not replacing your only sustain spirit with a third attacker.
  • [ ] You are pulling only if you can reach the 100-pull SSR guarantee.
  • [ ] You have read the passive, not just the active skill.

The tier list is a starting filter. The three slots and the job they cover are the actual decision.

How this page was checked

Written for Mini Game Guides and last verified on Oct 23, 2026. Store names, release dates and platform availability were checked against the official listing; gameplay advice is based on the mechanics described on that listing and the sources below. If a code or a reward is not confirmed, it is not printed.
