About Mini Game Guides

What this site is

Mini Game Guides is an independent English-language guide site for Chinese-made mini games and mobile games that are playable outside mainland China. We focus on titles with a real store listing — iOS, Android, Steam or TikTok Minis — and on the questions players actually ask: what to upgrade first, whether a game is still updated, whether codes exist, and whether an English version is available.

We are not affiliated with any developer, publisher or store. Game names and trademarks belong to their owners.

What we cover

• Guide hubs for each game: platform facts, release date, current status, and every guide we have written.
• Beginner routes that prioritize the first few hours instead of dumping a wiki.
• Codes pages only where an official redemption system exists. If a code cannot be confirmed, we say so and do not print it.
• Availability explainers for games that are regional-only, Chinese-only or Japanese-only. Those pages exist to stop players from downloading the wrong clone.

We deliberately do not publish: scraped walkthroughs, machine-translated Chinese articles, tier lists with invented scores, or pages that exist only to rank for a keyword.

How pages are checked

Each game page records the store listing we used, the release date we could verify, and the current update state. Each guide shows a verification date and links its sources. When two sources disagree, we use the store listing as the primary source and note the conflict on the page.

Mechanics change. If a page is older than the game's latest major update, treat the specifics as historical and check the in-game text. You can always tell us what changed.

Corrections

Email yqin1090@gmail.com with the page URL, the sentence that is wrong, and a source if you have one. We correct factual errors and add a note to the page. We do not remove criticism of a game just because a publisher asks.

Independence and ads

The site is reader-supported. When AdSense is enabled, ads are labeled and kept outside the main reading column; they never cover text or sit inside a guide step. Advertising does not influence which games we cover or what a guide recommends.
