Knock Knock: Room Defense Codes and How to Redeem

Knock Knock: Room Defense codes seen on October 23, 2026, the Settings redemption path, Android and iOS differences, and a safe testing routine.

The redemption box in Knock Knock: Room Defense is real, and it is two taps deeper than most players expect. You do not redeem from the main screen or the shop. You open your profile, go to settings, and find the gift code field there.

This page lists only codes that a tracker was still displaying on October 23, 2026. Every one is community-reported, not developer-confirmed, so treat the table as a shortlist to try, not a guarantee. Codes in this game are time-limited, and a list can be accurate at breakfast and dead by dinner.

Where the code box lives

The path reported by trackers is:

  1. Tap the profile avatar in the top-left corner of the main screen.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Find the gift code section and tap Enter Redemption Code.
  4. Type or paste the code and confirm.

If you cannot find the field, update the game first. A build from before the code campaign may not have the box at all. The official Facebook page, @KnockKnockRoomDefense, is where the developer posts updates and new codes; that page is the source of truth when a third-party list disagrees with your game.

The five dc5k codes were posted within two days of each other, which is the signature of a milestone campaign rather than a permanent set. Redeem them first. The knock group is older but carries the longest listed expiry, so it is the better fallback if the newer codes are already closed.

Why Android and iOS can disagree

A code that works on one phone and fails on another is normal in this genre, and it rarely means the code is fake.

  • Separate builds. The iOS and Android versions update on different schedules, and one can lag behind on the code system.
  • Regional campaigns. A code tied to a store feature or a regional milestone may be restricted to accounts in that region.
  • Account age and server. Some campaigns target new accounts or specific servers, and an established account can be rejected.
  • Interface drift. The label around the code field changes between builds, so a player on the older UI may simply be looking in the wrong place.

The practical rule: test the code on your own build before you conclude anything. One failure is data, not a verdict. Two failures across two devices, plus no mention on the official Facebook page, is a reason to stop trying.

A testing routine that does not waste codes

Codes are usually redeemable once per account, so the goal is to avoid burning a live code on a typo or a wrong field.

  1. Start with the oldest expiring code. If knock2026 is closed, the newer campaign is likely closed too.
  2. Copy exactly. Capitalization matters, and so do leading spaces. Paste into a notes field first if the keyboard autocorrects.
  3. Redeem one code at a time. Do not paste a block of ten codes into the field.
  4. Read the error, not just the color. "Invalid" and "already used" mean different things, and the second one means the code was live.
  5. Screenshot the mailbox before and after. Rewards may arrive by mail, and the screenshot is your record if support asks.
  6. Check Facebook before declaring a code dead. A campaign may be paused rather than expired.

If a code is rejected, do not retype it five times. One clean attempt is enough. Repeated attempts will not change the result and only make it harder to tell whether the code was ever valid.

Why this list will go stale, and what to do about it

A code list is a snapshot of a moving campaign. The dc5k set was published in late September; by the time you read this, the developer may have moved on to a new event with a new prefix. The knock codes have a longer listed life, but "listed" is not the same as "guaranteed".

Check the official Facebook page first, then the in-game mailbox or announcement panel, then a tracker. If all three are quiet, there is no active campaign to chase, and the correct move is to play the room-defense loop and stop refreshing.

How this page was checked

Written for Mini Game Guides and last verified on Oct 23, 2026. Store names, release dates and platform availability were checked against the official listing; gameplay advice is based on the mechanics described on that listing and the sources below. If a code or a reward is not confirmed, it is not printed.
